2023 has been a challenging year bothdomestically in India and on a global scale. InIndia, we observed modest growth in hiringwithin non-IT sectors in 2023 as compared tothe IT sector. While there were some movementwithin Indian IT companies, overall, the whole ITsector continued to be significantly impactedpulling the overall employment index down.
